Dr Marny Lishman is a Health Psychologist who is passionate about teaching people the benefits of having mind body balance.
Marny runs on-line modules to help people to learn how to reconnect their body and mind. She specialises in stress management; teaching people the impact of stress and how not dealing with it can seriously mess up both your mind and body. She teaches the necessary tools and techniques that everyone needs to combat stress, effectively allowing people to feel psychologically and physically healthy again, and ready to take on anything life throws at them! She is available for one on one consultations, seminars and workshops in addition to the on-line modules.
